Important Notice

As a logistics service provider, Gallantry Global Logistics does not sell physical products. This return policy applies to claims related to damaged, lost, or mishandled freight during transportation.

Filing a Claim

If you experience any issues with your shipment, including damage, loss, or delay, please notify Gallantry Global Logistics within 9 months of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

To file a claim, please provide:

  • Bill of Lading or Pro Number
  • Original invoice or proof of value
  • Photographs of damaged items and packaging
  • Detailed description of the damage or loss
  • Contact information for follow-up

Damaged Freight

Visible Damage: If damage is visible upon delivery, it must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. The consignee should refuse delivery if the damage is extensive or the shipment is unusable.

Concealed Damage: Damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 5 business days. Keep all original packaging and materials for inspection.

Our claims team will investigate all damage claims and work with carriers to resolve the issue. Claims are typically processed within 30-60 days depending on complexity.

Lost or Missing Freight

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact our team immediately. We will initiate a tracer to locate your freight.

Shipments are considered lost if they cannot be located within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims for lost freight must include proof of value and all relevant shipping documentation.

Liability Limitations

Carrier liability is limited by federal regulations and the terms of the Bill of Lading. Standard carrier liability is typically $0.60 per pound unless additional cargo insurance is purchased.

We strongly recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments. Contact our team to discuss coverage options that meet your needs.

Exclusions:

Gallantry Global Logistics is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.

Resolution Process

Once a claim is submitted, our dedicated claims team will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your claim within 2 business days
  2. Review all documentation and evidence provided
  3. Conduct an investigation with the carrier if necessary
  4. Provide a resolution or settlement offer within 30-60 days
  5. Process approved claims promptly via your preferred payment method

We are committed to fair and transparent claim resolution. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a review by our management team.
